All images created for an agent or broker may be utilized by that agent for any marketing materials and campaigns related to the property, as well as for the agent’s self-promotion. The agent’s parent company is also permitted to use the photos exclusively for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Please be aware that the photographer retains ownership and copyright of all images. The license to use these images is granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company. This license is non-transferable and cannot be sold. Use of the images by any third parties, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized and licensed in writing by the photographer.

TRADEMARKS

FX PICTURES, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates own all rights to their logos and trademarks used in connection with the Site. All other logos and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

FILE STORAGE AND ACCESS POLICY

Regarding the storage of your pictures, videos, or files, please note that the provided link will remain active for one year. It is advisable to securely maintain your files during this period. If you require access beyond the one-year timeframe, please inform us, and a nominal fee will be charged for either link renewal or file transfer via flash drive. Please be aware that while we often keep backups for extended periods, we do not obligate, guarantee, or insure the retention of your files beyond one year.
