We guarantee next-day delivery by 5 PM following your shoot. Photo files are typically sent early in the morning, while video, 3D models, and floorplans are uploaded by 5 PM. Custom projects will have unique delivery timelines based on the project's requirements.

Note: Our support team is off on weekends. Therefore, any shoots done over the weekend will be delivered the following Monday.

No, the photos are owned by Realty Glance/Fx Pictures LLC. You do not have permission to distribute them to others for use. If another Realtor wants to use the photos, they must contact us directly.

However, you may use the photos on multiple platforms for the same listing with the same agent and within the same rental or selling period. Additionally, you may share them with your graphic designer for the creation of promotional materials for the same listing.

Additional fees may apply for requested retakes of scenes not attributable to the fault of our team.

Payments

For orders under $1,200, payment must be made in full before the scheduled appointment time. For orders exceeding $1,200, we require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the remaining 50% due prior to file delivery.

We recommend rescheduling for optimal weather conditions; however, the final decision rests with you. If you need to reschedule a shoot due to inclement weather, please provide a minimum of two hours' notice. If it is cloudy or gloomy on the day of your shoot and you choose to proceed with the appointment, we can enhance the exterior photos with sky replacements.

Our hosting service for scans is limited to 4 months. Please notify us if the property remains active beyond this period. After 4 months, a hosting fee will be required.

RealtyGlance (a registered trademark of FX Pictures LLC Real Estate Photography) is pleased to offer complimentary hosting services for Matterport 3D tour scans for a duration of 4 months from the initial scan date. Following this period, the scan will become inactive, rendering it inaccessible for viewing. However, clients have the option to request the transfer of the scan to their personal Matterport account.

To initiate the transfer process, please contact us directly. Kindly provide your Matterport account email along with the pertinent property address(es) or the names of the 3D tour scan models you wish to have transferred. Our team will promptly facilitate the transfer to your Matterport account. For further guidance on creating a Matterport account, please feel free to reach out to us.
